All treatments are by appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

In the rare circumstance that we need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as the illness of the therapist, or the therapy room or equipment becoming unavailable or unsafe, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact our client as soon as possible. We shall either re-book or refund payments, as required by the client.

It is the client's responsibility to communicate to the client if they feel unwell prior to or during a treatment. We shall do our best to make our clients feel more comfortable, but in some cases it will be in the client's best interest to end a treatment. In this circumstance, we shall not be required to refund payment for the treatment.

All treatments will require a consultation form to be completed prior to treatment. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatment if they feel that the client or therapist will be put at risk as a result.

It is the clients responsibility to make us aware of any conditions which may be contra-indicated to treatment at the time of booking. Contra Indications may include:

Contagious or infectious skin diseases

Infectious illness or disease

Current fever
-
Recent skin treatments
-
Use of recreational drugs
-
Being intoxicated
-
Unstable blood pressure

Unstable diabetes
-
Epilepsy
-
Pregnancy
-
Recent operations or scar tissue

thrombosis

Phlebitis

The therapist reserves the right to request written permission from the client's GP or ask the client to sign the declaration of waiver of responsibility, should the they feel this is appropriate.

The therapist reserves the right to end a treatment immediately, should they feel the client is behaving disrespectfully or inappropriately. There will be no refund to the client in this case.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if they feel the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Clients to be treated under the age of 16 must have written permission from, and be accompanied at all times by their parent or guardian.

Blocks of treatments (5+) must be paid for in advance to benefit from any reduced prices or offers.
